We are looking for a Journeyman Business Analyst to support the modernization and sustainment of enterprise systems in a secure, Agile environment. This role will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and support the development of mission-critical solutions that enhance operational readiness and decision-making.

Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
    • 4–6 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
    • 3+ years supporting external business analytics projects
    • Experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
    • Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and requirements gathering
    • Active DoD Secret Clearance
    • Familiarity with DoD logistics systems or ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle EBS)
    • Experience with KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making"

Desired Skills

    • Experience with federal logistics or supply chain systems
    • Knowledge of ITIL v4 and Agile SAFe practices
    • Familiarity with DevSecOps environments and CI/CD pipelines
    • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation
    • Understanding of STIG compliance and DoD cybersecurity frameworks
$103,000 - $112,000 a year
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
 
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
