We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Sign In Solutions. This is a varied role that will see you dealing with existing and new customers. Your core responsibility will be taking enquiries over online chat, email and by phone. You will be answering questions regarding our Sign In App platform features and pricing.

This is a hybrid position based in our Tauranga office which is perched right on the waterfront in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. In cahoots with our overseas hubs, we help over 36,000 workplaces around the world simplify and streamline their workplace sign in, checking in thousands of employees and visitors every day. The hours of work are 12pm to 8pm to support our international customers.

Skills

    • Good communication and mentoring skills

What You Will Be Doing

    • Respond to online chats, emails, and phone calls promptly
    • Provide product information and assistance to customers
    • Identify customer needs and escalate queries to the appropriate team member
    • Contribute with ideas on how to improve our service and offering
    • Continued customer satisfaction checks
    • Ensure to limit the risk of personal data breaches in line with the Company Data Protection Procedure
    • Adhere to the company Information Security Policy (S-004) and other ISO 27001 policies
    • Ensure all actions are GDPR compliant
