As a Manager of Sales Operations at Sign in Solutions, your priority is to manage the support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation, and sales compensation design and administration.
This is a hybrid position based in St Petersburg, Florida

Skills:
- 3+ years of sales operations experience with a a B2B SaaS / technology environment, ideally in the field of security, access management, risk/compliance, or operations technology
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, or equivalent experience
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Extensive experience in building reports and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with Data Analytics and a curiosity to learn.
- Hands-on experience and/or certification with Salesforce.com. Additionally, familiarity or experience with 3rd party tools like Pardot, Chorus, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedNavigator, Altify, etc. would be an asset.
- Ability to multi-task in a SUPER fast paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to successfully articulate technical product specifications and product value propositions
What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
- Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
- Partner with Marketing to develop and monitor lead management SLAs, including scoring, routing, notification, and follow up.
- Ensures that reps successfully use sales enablement tools and content.
- Monitors the accuracy, development and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
- Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
- Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to sales teams.
- Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
- Working with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources, provides assistance with sales incentive compensation administration on an as-needed basis, or when required to arbitrate or clarify the application of sales compensation program policies and procedures.
- Directs and supports the RFP process for the organization.
- Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
- Manage and assist in the development of sales process’ and compliance with Sales Leadership
- Maintain and provide administrative support for Salesforce and other Sales tools
- Assist in project management of Salesforce integrations from acquisitions
- Manage Salesforce enhancements and changes needed for reporting
- Build necessary reports and dashboards in Salesforce for business needs
