We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Tradeshow & Event Manager to amplify our brand, drive high-quality leads, and deliver exceptional event experiences that align with business objectives.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in planning and executing over 12 tradeshows annually, as well as exclusive VIP gatherings and impactful virtual webinars. This is more than just logistics — we need a visionary who thrives on collaboration with sales, customer experience, product marketing, and the broader marketing team to craft events that generate measurable ROI, boost engagement, and elevate our presence in the market.
This is a remote role based in United States.

What You Will Be Doing
- Strategically plan, manage, and execute all tradeshows, VIP events, and webinars to maximize ROI, enhance lead generation, and strengthen customer engagement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive pre-event, onsite, and post-event strategies, including targeted follow-up campaigns to convert leads.
- Lead and define booth strategy encompassing booth design, messaging, marketing materials, interactive elements, and attendee engagement to ensure brand alignment and lead capture.
- Facilitate strategic customer and prospect engagement at events through on-site meetings, demos, and curated experiences.
- Clearly set and communicate expectations with sales teams, including event schedules, attire standards, presentation guidelines, and consistent messaging.
- Lead vendor negotiations, manage contracts, event tech and oversee logistical details.
- Effectively manage event budgets, continually optimizing to achieve maximum ROI.
- Manage event storage logistics, ensuring proper handling, tracking, and inventory management of all event materials.
- Continuously evaluate event performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine and improve future events.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience managing tradeshows, corporate events, and webinars in B2B SaaS environments..
- Demonstrated ability to lead and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, cx, product and marketing.
- Exceptional project management skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management software. lead capture, and CRM platforms.
- Proven experience with lead capture strategies and tools.
- Strong track record of driving substantial ROI from events, demonstrating measurable success through analytics and performance metrics.
- Must be available for domestic/international travel to attend events.
