As the Director of Human Resources for our PE-backed company, you will be a key partner to the executive leadership team, driving change management initiatives, leading reorganization efforts, and improving organizational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in setting and ensuring that global HR strategies are effectively implemented while aligning them with the company's broader business objectives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong strategic mindset, who can blend global experience with tactical execution, and who is able to challenge the status quo through thoughtful questioning and an outcomes-driven approach.

Skills:

    • 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proven track record of driving organizational change
    • 5+ years of people leadership experience preferred
    • Experience in a PE-backed company or similar fast-growing environment preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field
    • Proven track record of effective leadership and management including ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high performing HR teams. 
    • Global HR experience across multiple regions, with the ability to balance global consistency and local relevance.
    • Strong knowledge of change management, organizational development, and process improvement methodologies.
    • Strategic thinker with a firm, solutions-oriented approach to translate business needs into HR strategies and actions.
    • In-depth expertise in HR practices and knowledge of industry standards and emerging trends. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated success as a trusted partner to the C-suite with a clear business focus.
    • Ability to think and perform strategically and tactically

What You Will Be Doing:

    • Strategic HR Leadership: Act as a strategic business partner to the Executive Leadership Team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, including global people policies and ensuring they are effectively embedded in the organization. Lead talent planning initiatives, identify capability gaps, and support leadership in achieving key business goals through consistent messaging and aligned communication.
    • Change Management & Organizational Design: Lead change management and organizational restructuring efforts, focusing on driving efficiency, improving organizational alignment, and ensuring the successful execution of global HR initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions
    • Global HR Strategy & Efficiency: Leverage global HR experience to streamline and centralize processes across regions while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Oversee HR project management, including developing procedures and guidelines to align the workforce with company goals, and implement change initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.
    • C-Suite Partner & Leadership Coaching: Partner closely with the C-Suite, providing strategic HR insights and solutions to guide company-wide transformation. Coach leaders to make thoughtful and effective decisions while fostering a culture of listening, questioning, and continuous improvement.
    • Performance, Culture & Training: Drive a high-performance culture by implementing effective performance management processes, aligning employee goals with business objectives, and creating development programs for employees and leaders. Design and facilitate training programs that foster continuous learning, leadership development, and align the workforce with the company’s desired culture and values.
