Service Coordinator
The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling a team of HVAC service technicians in a fast-paced service organization in the home services industry. The position is responsible for maintaining an organized daily workflow, working with company resources to respond to customer requests, and ensuring that company’s daily priorities are achieved.
- Daily scheduling of HVAC service technicians
- Work directly with Service Manager to ensure proper job process adherence
- Conduct service job costing and maintain service pricebook
- Direct interaction with customers in need of service
- Assist in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to schedule service jobs as necessary
- Review service reports to ensure proper billing and field procedures
- Sort and classify service reports for entry into accounting software
- Provide BEST IN CLASS customer service
- Leadership and Management skills- Ability to motivate a team
- Hands on experience with the technical aspects of the services offered
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team
- Experience in training and developing

Responsibilities include the following:
$50,000 - $60,000 a year
