A successful Plumbing and Sewer Salesperson is a skilled problem solver who quickly identifies and resolves issues within residential sewer and drain systems. You will be a guide and educate customers on service options and safety, building trust through expertise and transparency. Your expertise in diagnosing residential sewer and drain systems will be vital.


    • Responsibilities of the Sewer Salesperson:
    • Thoroughly inspect sewer and drain systems using video technology.
    • Build rapport with customers, guiding them towards optimal solutions.
    • Achieve revenue goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
    • Collaborate effectively with customer service and dispatch teams.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    • Participate in training to stay current with industry trends.
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork.
    • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Lead the onboarding process for new clients.

    • What We're Looking For in the Next Sewer Salesperson:
    • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in-home services, sewer, or drain industries.
    • Proficient with camera and drain equipment, showcasing technical aptitude.
    • Clean driving record for reliable customer visits and service calls.
    • Exceptional communicator and organizer, ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient workflows.
    • Eager to learn and continuously improve your professional skills.
