Customer Service Representative
Live Free Heating Cooling Electric was started in October of 2014 by Tyler & Peter Marston. Our mission is to provide a higher level of education of how systems function and work to the end user, combined with responsive service and excellent customer support. Tylers background as a lead installer for a very large company installing a multitude of different systems for various applications in residential homes is impressive. And Peters background of service and customer service skills after working for two very large companies (one in New Hampshire and one in Boston) became the basis of the idea to start a company where they could create an environment and culture that would really benefit residential homeowners in New Hampshire.
Live Free is searching for a new Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of Dispatch/Customer Service experience in similar service industry.
They will be responsible for and assist with the following:
Basic Function:
To cheerfully answer the phone and assist customers with booking jobs, following up on jobs, selling products and/or services, and handling basic customer issues.
Shift: Monday Thru Friday from 8am to 5:30pm
Daily Duties:
Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
Manage service schedule and be mindful of where techs are on current jobs, update customers if a tech is ahead or behind schedule - pull calls up or reschedule customers as needed.
Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
Skill Requirements:
