Job Summary:

The Maintenance CSR is responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance appointments across seven locations while providing top-tier customer service. This role involves compiling and organizing customer lists, proactively calling customers to schedule maintenance, upselling services and products, and acting as a key communication point between customers, technicians, and the service manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Compile and organize customer lists, grouping by geographic area.
Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments and promote services.
Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
Optimize technician schedules across seven locations to ensure efficiency.
Upsell maintenance plans, products, and additional services.
Act as the primary contact for technicians, directing them as needed.
Work directly with the service manager to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage schedules across multiple locations.
Experience with scheduling software (ServiceTitan or similar preferred).
Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical customer service is a plus.
Ability to upsell services and build strong customer relationships.
This position plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving service department efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing both inbound and outbound calls while ensuring seamless technician coordination.
