Job Description
Our ideal candidate has extensive experience within the professional services / consulting / advisory industry, while being a proactive growth and change leader, who earns mutual respect and trust with colleagues, takes proactive ownership of challenges and opportunities, and "rolls up their sleeves" to collaboratively deliver meaningful and sustainable results for the business.

- Oversee daily operations (Accounting, Finance, Legal, People, Insurance, IT, Facilities, etc.), while working in conjunction with outside professional service providers (e.g., accountants, lawyers, etc.)
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, policies, processes, and staff
- Regularly analyze existing internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
- Contribute to the design and implementation of short- and long-term business strategies, plans, and procedures
- Participate in the ideation, development, and roll out of future service offerings
- Work closely with the CEO to set comprehensive budgets and targets for the company’s financial and operational performance and growth
- Evaluate company and employee performance by analyzing, interpreting, and overseeing metrics and KPIs
- Aggressively manage expenses, collections, capex investments to ensure the company achieves targets relative to growth and profitability
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Support the recruiting, onboarding, and professional development processes 
- Lead by example to encourage maximum performance and dedication, while building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met

- Proven experience (10+ years in total, including 5+ as VP/Head of Operations or similar role)
- Extensive understanding of all relevant business functions including strategic planning and business development
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Highest levels of integrity, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
