Position Overview

Responsible for ensuring a well maintained, detailed and ready to go Audi select fleet while providing in-person vehicle deliveries to subscription customers.  The role will require professional communication skills in writing, over the phone and in-person during vehicle deliveries.

This role will be for the Audi Select.

What you’ll do:

    • Experience interacting with high end customers, knowing when to speak and what to communicate
    • Provide in-person vehicle delivery to customers home, work or designated Audi dealership.
    • Resolve general vehicle operations issues and handle customer escalations on questions regarding Audi select policies and procedures on items such as billing, fuel, insurance, damage, etc.
    • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for vehicle prep and staging including exterior washing, detailing interior and exterior, refueling and customer preference resets on the MMI.
    • Perform dispatch and customer pick-up/drop-off communications as necessary for facilitating timely and courteous customer transitions.
    • Shuttle vehicles between fuel station, car wash, vendors and customers homes.
    • Prepare new and/or transferred vehicles for service upon delivery
    • Prepare vehicles for service before transport to alternate locations
    • Perform remedial maintenance to vehicles as necessary such as minor body repair, interior repairs, etc.
    • Prepare vehicles for de-fleeting as necessary
    • Assist with vehicle damage claims
    • Perform facility housekeeping daily to ensure a safe and presentable work and customer environment.
    • Exhibit superior driving skills, mindful of traffic regulations
    • Smart technology savvy, including troubleshooting
    • Be comfortable using technology to communicate with customers
    • Be proactive in communication with customers
    • Ability to set appropriate customer expectations
    • Ability to manage difficult customer service situations alone, and without escalation

    • Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
    • Prior valet and/or shuttle driver experience is a plus.

Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

    • Exposure to both indoor and outdoor elements on a daily basis – commuting to and from customer homes, entering and exiting buildings, and transportation mode during all seasons
    • Driving a vehicle, potentially in heavy traffic conditions, day and/or night hours, frequently, including the ability to see with normal or corrected vision
    • Telephone and computer work
    • Standing, sitting, lifting, bending, reaching, typing, writing – regularly
