Along with its successful MANET product line, the company also delivers on ground breaking research in the area of wireless data communications. The company has experienced rapid growth over the past 12 months and is expecting the rate of growth to continue with the introduction of new products and services.
Seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant for Sales Engineering Department at a small, entrepreneurial high-tech communications company located in West Los Angeles. This position has a focus on customer support team activities. To be successful in this position you must have strong attention to detail and a passion for organization.
- Manage scheduling of loan inventory
- Coordinate return of product for repair
- Coordinate and fulfill information requests
- Review and coordinate account set up and related paperwork
- Generate quotes
- Enter sales orders
- Manage the processing of orders
- Support sales team activities
- Must be a U.S. person (permanent resident or citizen) due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to pass background check.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to accurately follow directions and reasonably improvise in grey areas.
- Ability to understand large sets of requirements and how they interact.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong arithmetic.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A passion for organization and business tools.
