Our thesis is simple: Canada is overlooked and under-appreciated. Global companies ignore Canada because of perceived market size, regulation, language, and powerful oligopolies. As a result, Canadians miss out.

But we know Canada. Canada is a top 10 global economy with many of the same consumer and business pain points as other markets. This creates an opportunity to bring the best concepts to Canada - to see what’s working around the world and be first to execute for Canadians.

Our Approach

We are experts in sourcing, vetting and launching new companies. Once we have conviction in a specific concept, we find the best fit CEO for the company and partner with them to accelerate and scale the venture. 

For CEOs, we significantly de-risk the prospect of starting a company. In particular, we help by: (a) vetting the idea, (b) funding the concept, (c) unlocking a distribution advantage, and (d) bringing an extensive support network of advisors for design, engineering, product, marketing, business development, and growth.

For LPs, we seek to drive returns on every investment. By de-risking product-market fit and focusing on capital efficiency, we can drive attractive returns at significantly lower exit valuations vs. traditional venture capital. Our approach is industry agnostic. Instead we focus on (a) market validation, (b) capital efficiency, (c) attractive unit economics, and (d) moats around the Canadian market.

The Opportunity

We are building a B2B2C Marketplace to transform a complex and under-supported health challenge in Canada. This B2B2C-first platform integrates consumer-centric care into extended health coverage programs with personalised support.

Our advantage lies in leveraging strategic partnerships with insurers and employers, seamlessly integrating into existing benefits plans to drive adoption. The ideal CEO will have experience in B2B Sales and/or Marketplaces.

The Role

We’re hiring a CEO with the grit, commercial instincts, and operational range to lead a high-growth, capital-efficient B2B2C venture. You’ll be the driving force across product, operations, brand, and growth—while also owning future fundraising and building the team around you. This is not a figurehead role. You will roll up your sleeves and build.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, knows how to operate with limited resources, and has the resilience to scale something from early traction to institutional relevance.

Strategy & Execution: Define and drive the operating plan. Balance ambition with ruthless focus.
Revenue & Growth: Scale acquisition, retention, and monetization. Build and run a performance engine.
Product & Experience: Obsess over the customer journey. Improve and scale operations without sacrificing brand.
Fundraising & Capital Allocation: Own the investor narrative. Deploy capital with precision.
Team & Culture: Recruit exceptional people. Set the pace. Create alignment, urgency, and energy.
Partnerships & Ecosystem: Build high-leverage brand, channel, and platform partnerships that compound over time.
Board & Stakeholder Management: Report to the studio / investors with transparency and control of the story.

A GM, COO, or ex-founder with firsthand experience building in a zero-to-one or one-to-ten environment
An ex-consultant or investor turned operator, now hungry to own a P&L
