The Social Account Manager will be responsible for performance of Social campaigns running through and will be the main point of contact for all Social related questions and training.
Primary activities include (but are not limited to): Social campaign management, campaign optimization, client account analytics, client calls, training, strategic and tactical recommendations in relation to client Social campaigns, and working with the internal team to help grow and develop the product offering.


    • Create and manage Social campaigns for assigned accounts
    • Create strategies for larger Social campaigns with Account Managers
    • Provide strategic insight into Social campaign performance
    • Provide support on calls with clients who are running or are interested in running Social campaigns
    • Help Account Managers tell a story with their Social reporting so clients can utilize to retain and upsell their own clients
    • Work with the Development Team to create a best in class Social solution
    • Identify opportunities to improve the Social experience on the platform
    • Work directly with AdOps Team to optimize performance of campaigns
    • Collaborating and training the sales team to ensure all expectations and goals are aligned when it comes to selling Social
    • Partner with the CS EDU team to review, determine, and establish best practices and processes for customer support.
    • Stay up to date on new features/A desire to remain up-to-date with trends, new features and functionalities in social advertising.
    • Assist in New Client On-boarding if necessary.


    • Strong knowledge of digital advertising on all applicable Social platforms
    • Experience managing and optimizing Social campaigns
    • Solution-oriented approach to challenges and opportunities

    • Experience managing and servicing a high volume of campaigns
    • Experience with implementing and organizing bulk migrations is a plus

    • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with client contacts at all levels
