Here’s what you’ll be doing:

You will support our customer facing teams to be the best versions of themselves. You will be one of the first people our new starters meet and you will set the direction their career will head in. Reporting to Nathan (Operations Onboarding Manager), you’ll be trusted with your initiative to make decisions with guidance where needed. You’ll be joining a high trust team who like to challenge each other to grow.

As one of our Training Consultants, you’ll:

    • develop and deliver product knowledge to Inbound & Outbound Consultants
    • provide advice and guidance to managers and employees about a range of learning and development interventions
    • contribute to and lead on learning and development projects and initiatives, ensuring that implementation is achieved on time and in budget
    • evaluate learning interventions to measure business impact and quality of training
    • use Learning Management Systems and onboarding tools to develop and deliver learning and performance solutions

We’re looking for someone who is:

    • CIPD qualified or has equivalent experience in learning and development
    • knowledgeable in designing, delivering and evaluating training
    • great at presenting to and facilitating groups, and delivering messages confidently
    • able to effectively use Learning Management Systems (Docebo or similar)
    • able to work with data and use the insights to shape learning and development strategy and support departmental learning objectives
