Ops - Application Screening

  • Are you comfortable working on a dialler system where calls will frequently be directed to you?
  • Are you comfortable handling a multitude of systems at one time whilst doing your role?
  • Do you have experience switching through multiple processes whilst performing in your role?

  • Are you able to attend our Northampton hub once a week/Month?
  • Are you comfortable with working a set shift pattern which includes 1 in 3 saturdays
  • In order to obtain a contract with Simply Business you must have Legal Right to documents to prove your right to work in the UK (Please see gov.uk legal right to work checklist). Do you have the relevant Legal Right To Work document to provide before you start?
  • You may be asked to attend the office in your induction process more than documented in your contract for training purposes. Are you comfortable with attending the office more during your first 6 weeks of induction?
  • All offers are subject to a criminal check and a satisfactory credit check (and references) If any County Court Judgments, they need to be satisfied before joining. You will need to provide 3 years of employment/education references and will need to account for any gaps over 60 days. SB will carry out a basic financial check on all UK new starters. If something is flagged SB will have to carry out a risk assessment and depending on the outcome, could affect the offer. Are you comfortable with Simply Business conducting criminal checks and credit checks on your behalf? (Information from checks need to be fully disclosed to Simply Business before starting)
