We seek an entry-level AI Analyst to join our team and work directly with the Chief Product & Technology Officer to research, prototype and implement AI solutions for our products and processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), with a self-starter mentality and the ability to quickly learn and adapt in this rapidly evolving space.
Responsibilities
● Work directly with the Chief Product & Technology Officer to identify opportunities for AI integration
● Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools with potential applications for our business
● Prototype AI-powered solutions to enhance our products and improve internal workflows
● Implement and deploy production-ready AI capabilities that create measurable improvements
● Lead the rollout of successful AI solutions to teams across the organization
● Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during implementation phases
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop AI-driven solutions
● Stay current with the latest developments in GenAI, LLMs, and related technologies
● Document findings, implementations, and best practices for AI applications
● Train and educate team members on effectively leveraging AI technologies
● Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders highlighting AI implementation and business impact
● Analyze the impact of AI implementations and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or related field
● 0-2 years of professional experience (personal projects, coursework, and self-directed learning highly valued)
● Demonstrated passion for GenAI and LLMs through personal projects, online courses, or contributions
● Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and natural language processing
● Experience with AI platforms and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)
● Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in AI applications (Python, JavaScript)
● Experience taking projects from concept to implementation in a collaborative environment
● Strong business acumen with the ability to identify AI solutions that drive tangible business value
● Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex AI concepts to business stakeholders
● Experience creating compelling presentations and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
● Strong problem-solving abilities and a curiosity-driven approach to learning
● Self-motivated with the ability to learn independently in a rapidly changing field
● Enthusiasm for teaching others and sharing knowledge about AI applications

We're required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances of each case, but a reasonable estimate of the current base range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. Note that this range is specific to national metro areas and that offers take into account a wide variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skill, qualifications, accomplishments, experience, credentials, and business needs.
