What You’ll Do
● Lead and mentor a team of full stack engineers building a modern web-based ad buying platform.
● Set technical direction across frontend, backend, and API design, ensuring high quality and performance.

● Strong architectural skills and experience building scalable customer-facing SaaS products.
● Comfortable being hands-on when needed — whether coding, debugging, or exploring solutions
● Experience working with cloud services (preferably AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
● Familiarity with data-intensive systems, model integrations, or LLM-driven workflows.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global, cross-functional teams.
● Ability to work 11 am – 8 pm EEST to align with U.S.-based counterparts.
Bonus Points
● Experience in ad tech, martech, or performance-oriented SaaS platforms.
● Exposure to DevOps principles, observability tooling, or real-time analytics.
