At Sirona Medical we’re building tools for physicians to work as fast as they can think.  Many billions of patient images are acquired each year in the U.S., and nearly all of them are reviewed and diagnosed by a radiologist. In fact, 80% of healthcare data flows through radiology IT systems, and radiologists are among healthcare’s most tech-savvy and influential physicians. But they desperately need better, user-friendly software that cuts clicks and optimizes diagnostic time. Sirona is building a modern cloud-native and AI-powered operating system (“RadOS”) that unifies radiology IT onto a single, streamlined workspace. We’re growing fast and are seeking a motivated, experienced Head of Content to connect radiologists, engineers, and IT with the magic of our cloud-based platform. If you have a passion for writing in fresh formats and for inspiring some of healthcare’s most forward-thinking physicians, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

    • Working with Product Managers, Physicians, Engineers, and Designers to create inspiring and useful content. Your work will be the highlights of our social channels, Sirona’s website, events, exec keynotes, display ad campaigns, and more
    • Producing a variety of fresh, memorable, and differentiated content including physician interviews, customer success stories, product before/after videos, blog series, employee spotlights, etc. You’ll showcase Sirona’s spirit of being approachable yet professional, creative yet data-driven. You’ll have autonomy to lead the strategy and you’ll work with in-house and external design experts to complete your vision
    • Tracking market trends and finding new ways to showcase content that fits our healthcare audience
    • Joining physician usability testing for content ideas
    • Evangelizing a cohesive language and unified voice across Sirona channels
    • Monitoring analytics to know who’s engaging and why; Capturing internal feedback to define content priorities

Requirements

    • You have 4+ years of experience in healthcare content writing, presenting complex information simply with a relatable, human touch
    • You have a proven innovative & creative flair and love to experiment
    • You love autonomy and taking responsibility for your area
    • You can step into the shoes of our various customer personas - radiologists, IT executives, primary care physicians at hospitals - to modify writing tone to match the customer use case, and create content that’s meaningful for them
    • You are positive, a quick learner & a natural researcher
    • Work well in a team while maintaining your independence
    • You can manage multiple projects concurrently and manage your time efficiently
