YOUR ROLE:

    • We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and be involved in developing effective multi-channel product marketing strategies. You will be responsible for positioning our products on different markets, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch, promote, and optimize new and existing products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop a deep understanding of our products, their unique value propositions, and target customer segments;
    • Build pricing models to identify optimal price points based on factors like production costs, customer willingness to pay, competitive landscape, and sales objectives;
    • Craft compelling positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the benefits and differentiation of our offering; 
    • Conduct market research and leverage insights to identify key pain points, needs, and preferences; 
    • Develop accurate customer personas and target segmentation;
    • Create impactful marketing materials including website content, emails, and blog posts that communicate our product value and benefits;
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans that maximize product awareness, acquisition and usage;
    • Plan and execute successful new product launches, coordinate activities, monitor performance, and optimize, based on data insights;
    • Improve user journeys to increase customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement rates;
    • Work closely with product management, marketing and design teams to gather product feedback, influence product roadmaps, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the product lifecycle;
    • Analyze product usage metrics and adoption trends, report on progress and make data-driven optimization recommendations.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

    • At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record of successful product launches;
    • Experience and understanding of different digital marketing channels like paid advertising, social media, emails, etc.; 
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; 
    • Metric-driven mindset with a focus on measuring multi-channel performance;
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
    • Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
    • Impeccable attention to detail.
