YOUR ROLE:

    • As an Office Manager, you will join a dynamic team with a diverse range of responsibilities.Your role will involve handling daily office operations, supporting employees with various administrative inquiries, arranging business trips and contributing to the organization of employee-related and company events. You will serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment at one of Bulgaria's most awarded companies for Best Employer.

    • Important: This is an on-site position with the option to work from home occasionally. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Daily Office Management:
    • Handle daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace;
    • Communicate daily with suppliers, vendors, partners, and visitors;
    • Play an active role in fostering a welcoming, positive and well-organized office environment.

    • Administrative Support: 
    • Assist SiteGround employees with a variety of administrative inquiries and tasks;
    • Ensure the proper application of additional benefits for staff (social, health, travel insurance, SiteGround company gifts, corporate gifts, etc.);
    • Handle cash operations following accounting procedures. Prepare documents for cash flow.

    • Travel Coordination: 
    • Arrange all aspects of business travel (Bulgaria and abroad), including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, with a focus on high-quality standards and logistical efficiency;
    • Ensure all travel needs are met seamlessly.

    • Event Planning:
    • Participate in the organization of employee-related initiatives and company events;
    • Participate in the organization of meetups and mini conferences in our Plovdiv office.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

    • Fluent English - B2/C1 (written and spoken);
    • At least 2 years of previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Event Manager or similar;
    • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
    • Experience in organizing business trips (Bulgaria and abroad);
    • Strong organizational and communication skills;
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace;
    • Precision and accuracy in the performance of assigned tasks;
    • Proactive and positive attitude;
    • Eagerness to learn.
