Skello is a European company with one mission: reinvent shifted work through a collaborative solution which enables teams to better anticipate, organize and communicate.

In short, Skello is a workforce management solution for shift based workplaces that enables teams to tackle the hassle of complex scheduling. For managers, Skello optimizes work organization by helping them to make the best decisions in managing their staff costs. For employees, our tool facilitates easy and open communication and simplifies daily life.

Skello’s ambition is to be the number one solution for shifted work teams in Europe. To achieve this, Skello raised a €40M Series B round of financing from expert funds in the field (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) in order to bring ever more value to our clients through new features and to open up new markets, beyond our historic industries such as hospitality, retail and health.

Context

Skello is growing fast. To sustain this momentum, we’re doubling down on inbound excellence: combining performance, content, SEO, and AI to scale efficiently across Europe.

With 25,000 client teams and over 600,000 daily users, Skello empowers frontline workers across hospitality, retail, healthcare, and services. Our mission: to improve the daily lives of frontline teams.

Our ambition: to become Europe’s #1 HR platform for frontline teams.

As our Growth Inbound Specialist, you will design the next generation of inbound growth; combining creativity, data, and AI to accelerate all inbound flows and unlock new growth opportunities.

What you will do
- Design and execute Skello’s inbound strategy across all markets (France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland).
- Build a scalable acquisition system combining SEO, content, automation, and conversion optimization.
- Leverage AI and LLMs (yes, deeply, not just for prompts) to multiply content output, speed, and personalization.
- Use tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Looker to operate at a new level of productivity.
- Lead a data-driven content strategy: reports, landing pages, videos, calculators, and experiments.
- Define and own your KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, MRR, CPL, and make them grow, fast.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design to ensure alignment from awareness to revenue.

What we are looking for
- 4–7 years of experience in inbound marketing or growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS or scale-up environment.
- Proven expertise in SEO, lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation (HubSpot mastery expected).
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of conversion funnels and attribution.
- A creative yet ROI-driven marketer who knows how to balance storytelling and performance.
- You use AI deeply in your work, not as a toy, but as a productivity lever.
- You know and use tools to structure, scale, and optimize workflows.
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where ownership and initiative are key.
- Fluent in French and in English (Italian or Spanish is a plus).
- If you haven’t integrated LLMs into your marketing practice, or if you don’t know what Lovable is, this role is not for you.

What this role can offer you
- A central position in Skello’s European growth strategy.
- The opportunity to lead one of the most strategic growth pillars of the company.
- Access to a strong brand, great data, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Real autonomy, high standards, and tangible impact.
- A culture built on our SHIFT values:
Set the bar higher every day.
Have each other’s back.
Imagine tomorrow, start today.
Focus on customers first.
Take the work seriously, not ourselves.
