Skello's ambition is to become the reference solution for all field teams in Europe. To achieve this, a Series B funding round of €40 million was completed in September 2021 with funds specializing in the sector (Partech, Aglaé Ventures, and XAnge) to continuously deliver more value to its clients through new features and to expand into new industries beyond its historical sectors: hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

As we open our first international office in Barcelona, we’re looking for a pioneer to join us: our very first Talent Acquisition Specialist based locally. You’ll be part of a fast-growing hub covering three exciting markets (Spain, France, and Italy) and play a crucial role in shaping how we grow.
This is a rare opportunity to build everything from the ground up: you’ll lead recruitments, partner with managers, and also design the tools, processes, and culture that will define recruitment at Skello Barcelona with the support of the HQ Talent Acquisition Team based in Paris. From sourcing strategies to employer branding and manager training, you'll help us set the stage for long-term success.

Your missions will be to :

Your role is twofold: recruit the best talent and build the systems that make recruitment at Skello efficient, scalable, and candidate-focused.

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment projects:
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand needs, define clear job requirements, and align expectations with market realities
Source and attract top talent using multiple channels (job boards, direct outreach, market mapping, etc.)
Ensure a seamless recruitment process with structured interviews, clear evaluation criteria, and a great candidate experience from first touch to closing
Provide regular, constructive feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders

2. Build and scale recruitment operations:
Identify the right job boards and sourcing platforms for each market
Design and implement structured hiring processes tailored to our needs
Coach and train hiring managers to adopt best-in-class recruitment practices
Contribute to the development of our local employer brand strategy
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve our performance
Act as a true talent partner to the business and help foster a strong hiring culture

What we are looking for :

- A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a scale-up or a specialized sales recruitment firm in an international context.
- Native Spanish & fluency in French - fluency English would be a plus
- The ability to partner with hiring managers in defining their expectations and needs.
- The willingness to ensure a smooth candidate experience : drive candidate journeys with regular and factual feedback – even (and especially) when the answer is no.
- A data driven approach in your day to day follow up
- A proactive, autonomous approach, with a true sense of ownership over your topics.
- And most importantly: you love what you do, you put energy into it, and you're always on the lookout for ways to improve!

- 2nd step : practical case study to prepare at home and present to Agathe and Maria if validated - 60’
- 3rd interview with your key stakeholders - Marc & Jérémy- 45’
- Final interview with Quitterie - CEO - 30’
