SKOUT has an exciting summer internship opportunity within its Revenue Operations team. This position is a remote role.

Revenue Operations Team:
The Revenue Operations team has three main objectives among many responsibilities. First, improve financial and operational decision-making across the organization. Second, proactively identify and execute business and operational improvements across the organization. Third, implement globally scalable business infrastructure, practices, and policies. They partner with every group across the company (Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Product, Enablement and Finance), and given the strategic and operational nature of the team, work closely with key members across the company to influence business decisions.
The Revenue Operations Intern role will have the opportunity to contribute to SKOUT’s overall Sales, Marketing and Partner Success strategies, constantly focused on how our processes, people, and technology can best work together.  They will gain exposure to platforms including Salesforce, Outreach,, Calendly, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Wootric.
They will have a strong drive to figure out how things work, be detail oriented, have strong analytical skills, and be self-motivated. The Revenue Operations Intern will report to The Revenue Operations Analyst.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create user and training documentation on detailed workflow processes
Document the end-to-end sales cycle and customer journey in relation to process and platforms
Analytics preparation and distribution: Build and edit Salesforce reports and dashboards and regularly disseminate reports to leadership
Data Management – creating, updating, de-duping and importing records across platforms
Locate new process improvement opportunities
Optimizing User Interface for internal teams including but not limited to List Views, Page Layouts, etc.
Passionately pursue ongoing education on industry knowledge, business systems integrations, CRM functionality, and end-to-end sales process management best practices
Perform research and analysis in support of all CRM data optimization initiatives

·       Familiarity with Lucid Chart or similar platform and/or a desire to learn
·       Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platform and/or a desire to learn
