What are the objectives for this role?
You will be responsible for corresponding with and assisting customers with product related inquiries over the phone and in writing. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skill, will be highly motivated to help brands succeed and to nurture long-term relationships based on mutual growth.

Responsibilities

    • Handle email, live chat, and phone calls from our customers.
    • Be the face of thousands of users business operations software.
    • Write technical reports
    • Help multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of their inquiries
    • Serve as an advocate to the customers and collect feedback to drive continuous product and service improvement

Qualifications

    • Superb verbal and written communication skills, combined with the empathy and patience needed to simplify and present complicated concepts to end users and decision makers
    • 2+ years of customer service, account management, or IT support experience; ideally in a technical or software-oriented environment
    • 55 WPM+ on a typing test (we average 77 WPM with 97% accuracy)

Nice to have

    • SaaS or software tech experience
    • Ecommerce order fulfillment experience
    • Warehouse logistics experience
    • Content management experience (support articles, etc)
