The Opportunity
We're seeking an inventive and digitally adept Community Engagement Specialist to enhance our external image and align our brand with the pulse of the e-commerce community. Proficiency in video production will be advantageous as you will leverage various digital platforms to elevate our brand presence.
You will collaborate with our skilled team of designers and developers to refresh our public image continually, highlighting our ongoing product enhancements and our commitment to improvement. Liaising with developers, you'll help us take credit for our concerted efforts to continually enhance our products.
As part of your role, you'll monitor existing and potential customer sentiments across various platforms. This will help guide our product team's development strategies, ensuring we adapt effectively to changing tech landscapes and product-market dynamics.
Furthermore, you will be tasked with staying abreast of public forums such as Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, where our customers interact. This will allow you to attune our company to the latest trends in the inventory & shipping software industry, fostering a dynamic and responsive brand image.
Your Qualifications
Self-motivated individual with excellent multitasking skills. Extensive experience in all facets of social media. 3+ years of experience in community management or a similar role, or a BS in Communications, Marketing/Advertising or a related field. At least 3 years of proven Social Media experience preferred.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 07:00 pm, flexible hours, 45 hours a week
Location: Ability to commute/relocate to Coral Springs, FL 33065: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
$60,000 - $130,000 a year
