Exceptional customer service is a crucial part of our success. That’s why we have a dedicated in-house team that provides support to our customers from 6am-12am daily. As Customer Support Manager, you will be an integral part of this team and instrumental in ensuring continued success and growth! This is a very hands-on position as you will be expected to jump-in and help your team out during busy times. Previous experience managing a team in a high-paced, start-up environment, is instrumental in ensuring your success in this role.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing our Customer Experience team at our HQ in Culver City
Providing support and finding ways of improving productivity for your team
Scheduling your team on weekly basis while monitoring their hours, ensuring all breaks are being taken
Providing in-depth performance feedback to each of your team members
Maintaining a highly productive environment that yields great customer feedback!
Ensuring your team is addressing all customer inquiries in a timely fashion
3-5 years prior Customer Service Manager experience
Past tech start-up experience
Ability to jump into an existing team and hit the ground running
Knowledge of the following software/CRMs: Zendesk, Front App, Intercom, Aircall and Hootsuite
