Are you a PLM Manager with a passion for innovation? Do you want to make the move into eVTOL, on one of the most advanced projects available in the market today?
Then let me introduce you to SkyBridge; haven't heard of us before? Good. We have been operating in secrecy since 2017, in this time we have designed, manufactured and tested multiple prototypes, with the aim of finding the perfect eVTOL solution. Due to recent success we need to expand the team and increase our operations to hit our next milestone.
In order to assist with this growth, we are currently searching for a PLM Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be involved in leading Leading the maintenance of the product configurations, design definition data, design documents and PDM tools within the whole product life This role presents the unique opportunity to engage in the full life cycle of manufacturing within a very small and specialist team.
You will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our aerospace technology. This project is incredibly unique and cutting-edge, and we need the best of the best to make it happen.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for lifetime maintenance of the engineering data.
- Responsible for administrating and tracking every changes to or creation of the data.
- Responsible for development, implementation and maintaining PLM and PDM systems that facilitates and tracks products whole lifecycle.
- Controlling the company’s data archive and assuring the documents are stored and maintained for prescribed retention period.
- Owning and maintaining various processes related to Document and Configuration Control.
- Controlling the proper identification of the documents and parts.
- Responsible for Configuration control and maintenance of the product’s BOM.
- Liaison with external parties in terms of data sharing.
- Monitor efficiency of the PLM tools within organisations and striving for continuous improvement.
- Train the organisations for the PLM systems and provide daily support to the users.
- Developing long term strategy for PLM/PDM.
Qualifications:
- Strong Experience with PLM / PDM tools (e.g. Teamcenter)
- Experience in configuration, customization and administration of PLM / PDM systems and their integration
- Experience in providing user support and training on PLM / PDM systems
- Strong experience with Data management and Configuration Control management
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- At least 5 years experience in similar position
- Must have experience in CAD design and PLM application
What will set you apart:
- Experience with implementation of TeamCenter in the organisation.
- Experience with DOA principles
- Aerospace background is desired but not necessary
