Our project has been operating discretely since 2017, since then we have been working towards our goal of changing the world of logistics and mobility via future technology Aerospace vehicle solutions. 
 
We are currently in search of a Avionics Systems Architect. In this role you will be responsible for the design, testing and implementing architecture and hardware solutions for airborne systems from conceptual design to certification. As part of your role, you will collaborate with our engineering teams in developing safe, efficient and reliable avionic architectures that meet our aircrafts performance needs. This is a hands-on role which needs a proactive and self-motivated individual to drive progress.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Define flight control and communication systems architecture at aircraft level including definition of make or buy and supplier selection.
    • Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to ensure the reliability, performance, and safety of the airborne system.
    • Support airworthiness activities for avionics systems for prototype then certified products.
    • Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide timely resolution, working closely with software engineers and system integrators.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or masters degree in aerospace engineering.
    • 8+ years of experience in the aerospace industry, on either hardware design of redundant flight control systems or avionics architecture including flight control systems.
    • Experience with the following standards: SAE ARP4761, DO-254, DO-160.
    • Experience with various aerospace communication protocols.

What will set you apart:

    • Airworthiness experience (either on CS-25, CS-27, CS-29 or E-VTOL).
    • High voltage system architecture experience.
    • Experience in EWIS (Electrical wiring interconnection system).
