Our project has been operating discretely since 2017, since then we have been working towards our goal of changing the world of logistics and mobility via future technology Aerospace vehicle solutions. 
 
We are currently searching for a EWIS Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead the design and development and implementation of our electrical wiring systems for our advanced eVTOL. You will have the rare opportunity to engage in the full life cycle of vehicle development—from conceptualisation and prototyping right through to certification—you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of aerospace technology. Our project is incredibly unique and cutting-edge, and we need the best of the best to make it happen.

Responsibilities:

    • Design and release of schematics and harnesses drawings 
    • Selection of components using industry standards as well as introducing innovative solutions to disrupt the standards 
    • Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry trends related to EWIS, integrating innovative solutions into designs. 
    • Collaboration with the structures design team to define the different EWIS routes and integration of the routes in CAD. 
    • Support and debugging of production during manufacture and installation of the harnesses 

Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field 
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in EWIS design, development, and implementation within the aerospace industry 
    • Strong knowledge of EWIS airworthiness requirements and certification process (CS-25/CS-27/CS-29) 
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. 
    • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information effectively. 

What would set you apart:

    • Proficiency in Siemens Capital software and other relevant design tools. 
    • Experience in electronic component design with DO-254 and DO-160 compliance
