What We Do:

The Skyral Business Development team is responsible for realising our company’s ambitious growth goals, expanding into new markets, and maintaining strong relationships with long-term clients. The next 12 months will be an incredibly exciting time, with multiple ongoing bids. We’ve grown our Business Development team and expanded into new industries and regions, including the UK, EU, and APAC. We’re seeking a Business Operations Specialist to ensure smooth operations and strengthen business resilience in support of business development, sales, and bids—while also focusing on preparing for the introduction of a CRM.

What We Are Looking For:

    • Revenue & Marketing Operations Experience: Solid background in revenue or marketing operations, preferably within a SaaS environment.
    • Data & Analytics Skills: Hands-on experience with data modeling, predictive analytics, and business intelligence tools, particularly within Google’s ecosystem.
    • RTM & Business Development Expertise: Proven ability to design and implement multi-channel Routes-to-Market (RTMs) with an understanding of the "Win the Business" process (Shipley).
    • Strategic & Process-Oriented Mindset: Ability to streamline operational processes and reporting to support business growth objectives.
    • Strong Communication & Collaboration: Confident in working with cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and driving alignment across business functions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

    • Optimise RTM Operations: Enhance Google tools to improve sales, business development, and bid management processes, ensuring revenue and contract targets are met.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Develop predictive models and analytics to improve pipeline performance, prioritisation, and reporting on key metrics.
    • Process & Technology Enablement: Design scalable multi-channel RTMs, enhance customer satisfaction tracking, and strengthen Google tools for seamless CRM integration.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, engineering, finance, and delivery teams to align business goals and enhance customer experience.
    • Training & Performance Monitoring: Educate teams on revenue and marketing tools while maintaining dashboards to track and improve key sales and bid metrics.
