About the Role
Slate Studios is an industry leader in branded podcasts, creating award-winning audio experiences for some of the biggest brands in the world. In 2022, we’re adding a new project coordinator to the team as it grows to meet our increasing demand.
This role supports internal and external production teams and works closely with producers and partners to maintain smooth production of custom audio.
The project coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to assist our project manager and managing producer on exciting branded content campaigns, getting direct experience with both podcast production and branded content in general. This role reports directly into Slate Studios’ project manager.

Key Responsibilities
      Bringing together all members of the creative team to produce and deliver world-class content for advertisers from preproduction through launch
      Creating realistic production calendars and ensuring the team meets their deadlines
      Completing basic contracts and managing assets for branded content campaigns
      Communicating directly with clients about creative assets and deliverables
      Scheduling, attending, and running meetings between internal staff and key advertisers
      Being the client liaison during recording sessions
      Leading reviews of content for quality assurance
      Contributing creative ideas to the production teams
      Publishing and archiving projects
      Overseeing invoice submissions and coordinating with accounts payable
      Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
      Demonstrated ability to organize multiple projects and tasks at once
      Attention to detail and desire to learn about all aspects of in-house marketing agency
      1–3 years of experience in an advertising, postproduction, or operational role
      Experience in podcasts or branded content is a plus, but not a must
      Proficiency in Google Drive, Dropbox, Hive, and Microsoft Office preferred
      Passionate about management systems and audio
      Enthusiastic about creating an equitable workplace
