In this important role, you will provide help desk and administrative support services for a company that spans 9 offices. The ideal candidate should have the right mix of technical support skills, strong organizational skills, customer urgency and passion for deploying the right solutions to solve changing business needs.

This role will serve and interface with representatives from every department on a regular basis to solve daily challenges and needs.

How will you contribute?

    • This role will be subject matter expert (SME) for all things Microsoft!
    • Has strong domain knowledge and technical skills
    • Should be able to prepare & execute project plan
    • Works as a guide and independently sets directions for large sized projects of high complexity
    • Works on problems of highly complex scope, through expert usage of non-standard concepts & principles requiring expert levels of judgment & interpretation
    • Can offer multiple solutions to problems through existing and new methodologies and then exercises judgment to determine most appropriate solution
    • Provides suggestions to Sr. Managers / Management on specialized technical issues
    • Proficient in handling multiple tasks
    • Extensive knowledge on Azure Active Directory, Administration of O365 applications (Teams, SharePoint Online etc.), Microsoft Azure, SCCM, OneDrive.
    • Ability to work in co-managed environment of SCCM and Intune, Auto-pilot configuration, Mobile Device management, application management, Azure instances, Strong background in Windows servers, Microsoft license managements, Azure AD and much more
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Intune/End-Point Management
    • Manage multiple key vendor relationships
    • Ability to train junior staff members, as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

What will you bring?

    • Professional Graduate Degree
    • 11+ years of Corp IT experience working in a fast pace software and/or cloud environment. 
    • Proven experience with Windows, Office 365, Skype for Business, SCCM, Exchange.
    • Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting various computer-related issues. 
    • Experience with developing and reporting service desk metrics. 
    • Excellent attention to detail, driving multiple projects and complex problem-solving capabilities is key 
    • Superb verbal and written communication skills 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment 
    • Experience in leading team of at least 2 or more junior members is an added advantage
    • Strong customer focus

$132,000 - $165,000 a year
The above salary range represents Smarsh's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting. Any applicable bonus programs will be discussed during the recruiting process.

The salary for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, location, specialty and training.

Local cost of living assessments are done for each new hire at the time of offer.
