Have you been developing production-ready React applications with TypeScript for over 5 years, including full-time hands-on development?✱

Do you have 3+ years of experience consuming or integrating RESTful & GraphQL APIs?✱

Have you served as a technical frontend lead for 2+ years? That includes assigning tasks yourself and other team members, reviewing PRs, timelines, training team members, managing deliverables, maintaining code quality etc.✱

Do you have a minimum of 8 years of combined experience in hands-on frontend development and leadership roles?✱

Have you ever architected and led the implementation of a frontend framework or major UI project?✱

Have you led a team of engineers (not just mentored) and been accountable for technical delivery?✱

Do you have good experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines using lint-staged, husky etc. and GitHub actions?✱

Have you built and led at least 3 projects from scratch? That includes system design, development, basic architecture and managing deployments?✱

What is your level of spoken and written English?✱

Are you comfortable working the fixed shift hours of 12 PM - 9:30 PM IST (Summer) and 1 PM - 10:30 PM IST (Winter), Monday to Friday?✱
