How many years of professional software engineering experience do you have (covering coding, system design, and architecture)?✱

Do you have experience evaluating engineers at multiple levels (QA, engineers, senior engineers) and assessing code quality, scalability, and architecture?✱

Have you worked extensively with front-end technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), Vue.js or React, and HTML/CSS?✱

Do you have experience with back-end development using PHP (Laravel/Symfony), Node.js, or Python?✱

Do you have experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB?✱

Do you have experience designing and reviewing APIs, including RESTful API standards and integration practices?✱

When reviewing QA engineers, do you focus on automation skills (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, PHPUnit) as well as exploratory testing ability?✱

Have you reviewed or critiqued architectural decisions (trade-offs, scalability, maintainability) as part of your work?✱

Are you confident providing structured, actionable feedback during candidate evaluations?✱

Are you comfortable working the fixed shift hours of 12 PM – 9:30 PM IST (Summer) and 1 PM – 10:30 PM IST (Winter), Monday to Friday?✱
