Do you have 5+ years experience of hands-on work with an integration or middleware platform (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Tibco, IBM Integration Bus or similar)?✱

Have you implemented enterprise grade security controls (encryption, secrets management, network isolation) in integrations?✱

In at least one engagement, did you architect a data-flow that consistently handled more than 100 000 transactions per day without manual intervention?✱

Have you authored or maintained infrastructure code (e.g. Terraform .tf files or AWS CloudFormation) that provisions integration runtimes, queues or related cloud resources?✱

Have you directly integrated with at least one of these enterprise apps? Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP✱

In a high volume event stream you notice spikes of 429 errors. What is the first lever you check?✱

Have you ever had to ensure GDPR or similar privacy compliance for data flowing through an integration?✱

What is your typical Workato backend/front-end split?✱

Have you technically led at least 1 project before? That can include architecture of the project, figuring out how all the systems talk to each other, deliverables, workflows, keep everyone on the same page and actually get things done across different teams, pipelines etc.✱

Do you habitually add observability hooks (metrics + traces) into your integration flows, not just logs?✱

What is your level of spoken and written English?✱

Are you comfortable working the fixed shift hours of 12 PM – 9:30 PM IST (Summer) and 1 PM – 10:30 PM IST (Winter), Monday to Friday?✱
