👫 About the team 

Our Corporate Development team shares one overarching goal: help the company grow and anticipate whatʼs next. 

At Equativ, this team is responsible for coordinating strategic growth projects, establishing partnerships, and achieving organizational & operational excellence. By facilitating opportunities for the company through external actions (such as mergers and acquisitions,, deals & partnerships, litigations ...) the Corporate Development Team assists Equativ in the implementation of key internal projects (inc. Post-Merger Integration Plan) that leverage the value of our business.

What you'll do ✏️

    • Coordinate strategic projects, ensuring smooth delivery, tracking milestones and  deadlines
    • Conduct ad-hoc analysis (analyze current practices of the company to be integrated, interview with top management, draft integration, monitor and follow-up integration stream,...)
    • Works hand in hand with the senior management team providing support on external growth projects (strategic partnerships, M&A) and other strategic initiatives requiring additional support: participate in synergies & ROI analysis, organize steerco presentations, etc. 
    • Provide regular updates to management teams to share progress and potential blocking points
    • Facilitate collaboration and coordination between central and local teams
    • Keep the focus on highly-priority topics and track performance
    • Make sure decisions are properly executed
    • Make meetings as productive as possible ensuring proper agendas, action items and follow-ups

About you

    • You hold a Master’s degree in management or business disciplines or are in final year
    • Fluency in French and English (both written & spoken)
    • Demonstrating a hands-on, high-energy work ethic and championing a team player attitude 
    • Experience or abilities in coordinating a variety of priorities in a fast-paced matricial environment with facility to partner with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and Proven problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
    • Ability to provide well-focused strategic and tactical plan that results in measurable success and better-than-market performance
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
