About the team

Our Legal team is the primary legal partner for Equativ's business leaders across the globe. Team members provide regulatory support and advices; they grow in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Key day-to-day responsibilities 

You will primarily support the sales teams across all business units(Europe, APAC/MENA, Americas) by :

·              Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts related to advertising sales notably AdServing, SSP, DSP agreements, data providers as well as other commercial contracts such as  suppliers or partner’s contracts.
·              Creating and updating templates for Equativ’s services, platform or for new features or services 
·              Developing guidelines, procedures and training sessions on contract process and best practices to optimize our efficiency and build legal framework.
·              Supporting and advising daily business leaders on any legal risks related to contracts, product, partnerships. Ability to translate legal language into clear business language.
·              Monitoring laws, regulation and case law that are applicable to the ad tech industry and elaborate notes on said regulations and laws.
·              Taking part into long-term legal projects     

Minimum Qualifications

·              Master’s degree in business law
·              1-3 years’ experience as a Legal Counsel 
·              Experience in reviewing, draft and negotiating contracts
·              Ability to deliver at pace, juggle competing priorities and build strong relationships with any business and department leaders.
·              Strong analytical skills and synthesis spirit
·              Team spirit, willing to help
·              Fluency in French & English (both written and spoken) is mandatory

Nice to have but not mandatory: 

·              Experience as a Legal Counsel in a digital environment
·              Comfortable with data privacy regulations and laws
