The Demand team is composed of straightforward and energetic online advertising experts that help bring Equativ programmatic solutions to market. They build long-term relationships with the most strategic Demand partners, representing some of the largest players in the AdTech industry, guiding them to maximize their investment. The Demand department is a critical component of driving Equativ adoption and shaping the future of an industry leader.
Your role will be in close contact with the Demand, Supply and Trading teams. A great place to expand your knowledge beyond a normal Account Manager position.
- Manage a high volume of daily meetings with active clients and internal monitoring on campaigns and deals delivery.
- Securing and conducting virtual or on-site meetings with agencies and advertisers.
- Management of Managed Service active clients assigned, following up on new activations from campaign scheduling to monitoring results with the trading team.
- Management of Programmatic Marketplace active clients assigned, making sure to maintain a close relationship and keeping them up to date on all the new features of the platform and investment opportunities.
- Develop a very good understanding of the programmatic marketplace and of the operating of the Equativ RTB+ platform.
- Articulate and address technical issues, creating solutions where possible.
- To operate and grow business with IT and Malta based digital buyers at media agencies, trading desks and direct advertisers.
- Build strong relationships with buyers through regular meetings, calls, provision of inventory reports and recommendations.
- You will ensure focus is maintained on objectives that will have the biggest impact for the demand business.
- +4 years in digital account management/sales.
- Excellent knowledge of English and of course Italian.
- Proven track record on the demand side, especially among media agencies.
- Hands-on experience working with Trading Desks, DSPs, DMPs, data providers, or other programmatic platforms.
- Focus on maintaining existing relationships with customers by managing their needs, objectives and increase revenue.
- Creative and open-minded entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities on the demand side.
