Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management(60% Account Management):

    • Assist in onboarding customers to our self-service buying platform (EBC) or DSP (BKO), conduct regular meetings with clients for platform walkthroughs and demos
    • Implement follow-up strategies for inactive clients, aiming to re-engage and build strong relationships
    • Cultivate positive client relationships, serving as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all post-sale communications
    • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and discuss new features with clients
    • Generate and deliver end-of-campaign reports, including screenshots for transparency; plan and execute post-campaign analysis and gather feedback from clients
    • Consistently provide clients with new recommendations and ensure they stay informed with regular updates

Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing teams for effective media planning
    • Share client feedback with the internal team and within the Adops team for continuous improvement
    • Provide insights and collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency

Operations: 40%

    • Effectively navigate through our Demand platforms (EBC and BKO) for campaign optimization and troubleshooting when needed
    • Maintain continuous communication with the AdOps team to achieve campaign goals
    • Liaise with the supply team when additional traffic is required
    • Sitelists and Inventory Management: Create and update sitelists, ensuring accurate market inventory estimation
    • Conduct regular discrepancy checks between platforms


    • +2 years of experience in Programmatic
    • Proven experience in ad operations, account management, or a similar role
    • Familiarity with demand platforms
    • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
    • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail / Problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to conduct client meetings and presentations effectively
    • Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
    • Familiarity with Tableau, Salesforce and Atlassian tools is a plus
    • Willingness to travel for workshops or seminar - 5%
