Your mission 👇
Customer Support Specialists are customer care profiles and technical experts of our solutions, always ready to help demanding clients and investigate technical issues. You'll join an amazing international team based in Sao Paolo.

What you'll do:

    • Being the principal and first touchpoint of the customer’s experience/journey
    • Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer’s success
    • Understand our technologies and become product experts to help our clients
    • Keeping outstanding and detailed communication with our customers through our different channels to provide accurate and prompt support
    • Working across the customer service spectrum to ensure a consistent and highest-quality level of support
    • Investigate and troubleshoot SaaS solutions and solve web and application-related issues

Who you are:

    • 1+ years of experience in customer-facing in a web-based environment or training/education in IT
    • Customer-centric and curious; consciously seeks to understand desired customer outcomes and advocates on their behalf. Ability to articulate customer’s sense of urgency
    • Technical curiosity and excitement to learn new technologies and help customers succeed
    • Comfortable in speaking to customers on technical topics
    • Working proficiency in English
    • A bonus if you have knowledge of DV360 and experience in the digital industry
