About the job
Equativ is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated individual to join our AdOps team. As a Traffic Manager at Equativ, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on within the front lines of the online advertising industry. You will be responsible for a variety of internal and external management functions, including but not limited to the creation, monitoring and optimization of our Managed Service offerings.
Key day-to-day responsibilities
- Be an expert on the Equativ demand tools.
- Create, manage and optimize campaigns on Equativ platforms according to advertisers’ objectives.
- Perform day-to-day monitoring of the campaigns’ performance and apply proper optimization to achieve the best KPIs.
- Measure the success of all campaigns while serving as a POC for internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance teams to ensure consistent and smooth delivery of all campaigns.
- Work closely with the Product team to give suggestions in order to improve the product.
- Manage ongoing technical issues and work in close collaboration with the tech team to support daily operations, ensure quick and efficient support to fix critical media trading situations.
- Be hyper-responsive to the team and client inquiries that demand immediate attention and quick turnaround time.
- Work closely with the sales team in order to create pre-sales documents such as offers and rate cards / Create internal reports, benchmarks and analysis while working in collaboration with the marketing team.
About you
- Previous experience of trafficking, optimizing and troubleshooting in various DSPs required (2/3 years)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory
- Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from extremely large datasets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
