About the Role:

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our national sales appointments running like a well-oiled machine. From actioning reschedules and speaking directly with customers, to supporting sales campaigns across 20+ offices, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Sales Managers, Specialists, and Lead Generators to make sure the right people are in the right place, at the right time.

You’ll take charge of daily schedules, assign appointments fairly, and collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams to seamlessly onboard new Specialists. You’ll also liaise with our Salesforce Product Owner to flag and resolve any platform hiccups that arise.

Day to Day, you'll be:

    • Actioning appointment cancellations, reschedules and queries that come through our communication channels from Sales Managers, Specialists and Lead Generators.
    • Communicating with our Solar Specialists and lead generators nationwide with their daily schedules and leads.
    • Speaking directly with customers to minimise cancellations and organise reschedules for Face to Face appointments. 
    • Setting up and managing sales campaigns over 20 offices nationwide 
    • Communicating with the Salesforce IT team about issues that our Specialists are experiencing with the platform
    • Managing, assigning and fairly dispatching appointments to our Solar Specialists and Business Development Managers 
    • Working with the Sales Managers and our Operations team to manage the onboarding of new Specialists
    • Working with different personalities and management styles 

Your Skills & Experience:

    • Experience using Google Workplace or MS Office
    • Customer service or administration background
    • The ability to work unsupervised at a fast pace
    • The ability to multitask
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Adaptable to change and diffusing conflict

Bonus points:

    • Salesforce experience (MEGA bonus)
    • Scheduling experience
    • Sales experienced preferred but not essential
This is a full-time, casual position based in our vibrant Byron Bay office, ideal for someone organised, enthusiastic, and eager to grow within a fun and fast-paced environment.
