About the Role ⚡
Due to plans of expansion, we are recruiting for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning team in an end-to-end Recruitment role in our Byron Bay HQ.
Getting the best new talent for our offices is vital, and we are continuously on the lookout for new additions to our National Sales teams. We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working professional to support our rapidly expanding teams nationwide.
Please note: This role requires you to be onsite Monday - Friday in our vibrant Byron Bay Head Office located in the industrial estate. Please only apply if you are already situated in the Northern Rivers.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Play a crucial part in our growth by recruiting top talent for our National Sales teams
- Utilize Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage the best tools, including Lever ATS, to source and select the right candidates.
- Assess and Engage Applicants: Brief junior sales applicants nationwide on the opportunity to join our team.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and confirm group and individual interviews, ensuring smooth attendance.
- Maintain Communication: Regularly update hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Ensure Compliance: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidate compliance.
- Celebrate Successes: Congratulate successful candidates and manage their onboarding arrangements.
- Innovate in Recruitment: Develop creative and effective employment advertising and innovative talent sourcing strategies.

What you Bring:
- Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition role OR a background in B2C, field, direct, or telesales with an interest in recruitment.
- Tech-Savvy: Intermediate skills in Excel and Google Suite.
- Skills: Confidence, drive, resilience, and excellent communication abilities.
- Ownership: A strong sense of responsibility, ensuring you meet the recruitment needs of your managers.
- Proactive: High attention to detail and a proactive approach to securing hires.
