About the Role ⚡
We are seeking a hands-on and skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our team in the Byron Bay HQ.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity reporting to our senior leadership team.

As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimising our sales operations and driving revenue growth.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Sales Visibility and Analysis
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into sales performance.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Revenue Reporting

    • Generate regular reports on revenue performance, highlighting key metrics and insights for management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales-related data.

Key Sales Metrics

    • Monitor and analyse key sales metrics such as conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and pipeline health.
    • Identify areas for improvement and work closely with the sales team to implement strategies for enhanced performance.

Data Driven Insights

    • Provide the sales team with actionable insights based on data analysis, helping to optimize sales processes and enhance decision-making.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven recommendations.

Sales Support

    • Assist the sales function in developing and maintaining a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Support sales leaders with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field is highly regarded
    • Proven experience in a similar analytical role, preferably within sales operations or finance.
    • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with sales and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
