We’re on the lookout for an experienced Inbound Sales Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in Byron Bay. You’ll be joining our inbound team, handling warm leads and closing deals. We’re looking for a confident closer with a proven sales track record, who’s ready to hit the ground running and help shape the success of the inbound department.

You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and Lead Generators as we build out this new and exciting arm of the business. If you’re ambitious, sharp on the phone, and motivated by results, this is your moment.

What Will You Be Doing?

    • Speaking with warm inbound leads (no cold calls!) who have already expressed interest in going solar
    • Qualifying customers and understanding their needs
    • Confidently presenting solar solutions tailored to each household
    • Closing deals and guiding customers through the next steps
    • Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to refine strategy and grow the inbound team
    • Hitting and exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in sales – inbound, outbound, or face-to-face
    • A confident closer with strong communication and objection-handling skills
    • Someone who thrives in a target-driven environment
    • Self-motivated and ready to grow with a high-performing team
    • Sales experience in solar, energy, or home improvement (a plus, but not essential)
