About the Role ⚡
The Installations Coordinator - New Builds will be responsible for scheduling all "Call Ups" and Installations from our Builder Channel every week. You will be responsible for organising the day-to-day for installers and liaising with builders to ensure that call up dates and met and installations complete in a timely manner. This role works directly with the technical team, logistics team and sales manager.
Please note: This role requires you to be onsite Monday - Friday in our vibrant Byron Bay Head Office located in the industrial estate, however we are open to remote if you are based in Melbourne for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirming future availability of install teams
- Scheduling appointments for the week/day
- Recruiting electricians nationally with a focus on VIC & NSW
- Liaising via phone and email with installers, builder and site supervisors
- Regular confirmations & rearrangement negotiations
- Resolving issues as they arise before arriving onsite and onsite
- Reaching resolutions by defusing and reassuring sometimes frustrated installers and supervisors
About you
- Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in the construction industry (scheduling, project management, BDM)
- Charm and persuasion - you will need to be able to get your way
- The ability to multitask
- Effective problem solving
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
- Tech Savvy and commercially astute
- Currently residing in the Northern Rivers/Gold Coast region (able to commute to our Byron Bay office Monday-Friday)
Bonus Points
- Experience dealing with contractors or trades (Highly regarded)
- Experience negotiating trading terms or contracts
- Salesforce experience
- Experience using Google Sheets or Excel
