Product and Graphic Designer
We are a series A funded company in the pharmacy benefits space. Every year, half of a trillion dollars flow through pharmacy benefit managers, with more than 90% of that money running through systems designed in the late 80s. These archaic systems prevent our competitors from providing innovative healthcare programs or saving their clients money. At SmithRx, we're building a modern pharmacy benefit manager from the bottom up to change this.
We are looking for someone who is innovative, strategic, and a multi-disciplinary designer who is excited about our brand and our products. The ideal candidate will be able to shift between graphic design, product design, and prototyping.   


    • Develop assets for pitch decks, sales sheets, presentations, direct marketing materials, landing pages, and print assets across multiple formats
    • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Communications partners to create ways to visually tell the SmithRx story
    • Contribute to further developing brand guidelines, patterns, and systems
    • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering partners to define features and collaborate in the product planning process
    • Design product flows and experiences that are simple and intuitive
    • Identify user needs, sketch solutions with prototypes, test ideas with UX research, and refine designs with data and user feedback


    • 4 - 7+ years design experience
    • Experience working across multiple projects and leading creative output
    • A strong and diverse portfolio of previous design work
    • Experience collaborating with engineers and marketers with a high bar of excellence
    • Excellent verbal and visual communication, storyboarding, and visualization
    • Strong passion for deeply understanding strategic audiences, their needs, and their pain points
    • Someone who is comfortable sharing work early and often with a bias towards speed and practicality
    • Deep understanding of the latest Adobe creative suite, Sketch, and prototyping tools
