San Francisco, CA /

Full-time
About Us

At Smitten Ice Cream, we are makers through and through – from our flavors right down to our ice cream machines, we make it all. Because we believe that ice cream can and should be better. Hell no status quo.

We are inventors, pastry chefs, engineers, perfectionists, and ice cream connoisseurs. We believe in building technology that goes both back in time and into the future – to make ice cream pure like it once was, yet better than it ever was before.  We’re elevating the food industry by thinking from the heart-side out, owning our impact on the world and inventing solutions to take quality, purity, taste, and joy to the next level.

We’re reinventing the ice cream experience by churning each scoop fresh, from scratch, using the freshest, purest ingredients and patented liquid nitrogen-enabled technology. From our founder’s early days on the streets of San Francisco (literally) to our family of scoop shops across the Bay Area, we’ve been challenging the status quo from Day 1. And we’re just getting started.
