Job Title: Import/Export Analyst - A

Job Location: Minnetonka, MN 55345

Job Type: Contract (possible extension or convert to hire)

Pay: $29.25 to $30.60/Hr. (depending on experience)

Shift Structure: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

 

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal stakeholders and external vendors

- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation for international shipments, including:

- Proforma invoices

- Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and Schedule B classification

- FDA and other agency data maintenance

- NAFTA Certificates of Origin

- Shipper's Export Declarations

- Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery

- Maintain organized shipment logs and digital/physical filing systems

- Assist with compliance monitoring and support internal audits

- Review and audit customs brokerage invoices

- Partner with freight forwarders and logistics teams to resolve shipping issues proactively

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- High School Diploma or GED

- 0–3 years of related experience in import/export, logistics, or international shipping

- Familiarity with U.S. Import/Export regulations and documentation

- Basic understanding of HTS/Schedule B codes

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to multi-task and work well independently or within a team environment

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
